Return Policy
At Linknet Returns are accepted within 7 Days of receiving the ordered product. The return fee payable by the client. Below Items qualify for Return:
- Faulty items: Items not working at all.
- Items not working as expected and still within warranty.
- Items with original packaging
- Items without physical damage.
- Wrong item delivered
Linknet Online will not accept any returns of any products with a physical damage. Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 2 days of such delivery / collection by sending us an email on sales@linknetonline.com with order number in the subject line.You should also attach a picture of the damaged product on email.
Linknet Online does not accept returns for the below items:
- Any accessories included in the package are missing.
- The product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused by the user.
- The device has been opened, tampered with, or modified in any way.
- The serial number, IMEI, or warranty seals have been removed or altered.
- The product has suffered liquid damage or has been exposed to extreme conditions.
- Unauthorized repairs or servicing have been attempted on the device.
- The return period has passed
Once a return is logged, the client will return the item to our offices. The item will go for a physical inspection. An email or whatsapp or sms will be send to the customer with the outcome. The customer will have the option for a replacement.
