Return Policy

At Linknet Returns are accepted within 7 Days of receiving the ordered product. The return fee payable by the client. Below Items qualify for Return:

  1. Faulty items: Items not working at all.
  2. Items not working as expected and still within warranty.
  3. Items with original packaging
  4. Items without physical damage.
  5. Wrong item delivered

Linknet Online will not accept any returns of any products with a physical damage. Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 2 days of such delivery / collection by sending us an email on sales@linknetonline.com with order number in the subject line.You should also attach a picture of the damaged product on email. 

Linknet Online does not accept returns for the below items:

  • Any accessories included in the package are missing.
  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused by the user.
  • The device has been opened, tampered with, or modified in any way.
  • The serial number, IMEI, or warranty seals have been removed or altered.
  • The product has suffered liquid damage or has been exposed to extreme conditions.
  • Unauthorized repairs or servicing have been attempted on the device.
  • The return period has passed

Once a return is logged, the client will return the item to our offices. The item will go for a physical inspection. An email or whatsapp or sms will be send to the customer with the outcome. The customer will have the option for a replacement.
