RETURNS
At Linknet Returns are accepted within 7 Days of receiving the ordered product. The return fee payable by the client. Below Items qualify for Return:
- Faulty items: Items not working at all.
- Items not working as expected and still within warranty.
- Items with original packaging
- Items without physical damage.
Linknet will not accept any returns of any products with a physical damage.Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 1 day of such delivery / collection by sending us an email on sales@linknetonline.com with order number in the subject line.You should also attach a picture of the damaged product on email.
Once a return is logged, The client will return the item to our offices. The item will go for a physical inspection. An email will be send to the customer with the outcome. The customer will have the option for a replace or refund the full amount.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received by our warehouse team and is in the original package, undamaged. The order amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase/checkout in 5 to 10 working days. If the product is physically damaged in any way, or you notified us after 7 Days,no refund will be processed only get a replacement.
CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not been shipped. A full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after the date of cancellation. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped ,the order cannot be cancelled.However,you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
All Hardware products carry 12 months warranty subject to verification of the products. Physical damages are not covered in our warranty. Softwares and digital products are not returnable due to their nature.
