This contract represents the entire agreement between the Customer and Linknet Online, and no alterations to this contract may be affected unless agreed to by both parties, reduced to writing and signed by the Customer and a duly authorised representative of the organisation;
The Customer hereby acknowledges that he/she has read and understood each item of this agreement and accepts them as binding
By making a Purchase with Linknet Online, the Customer accepts in full the Contract. The Contract can't be altered by the Customer.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to determine the goods or services by him are suitable for the purpose he intends to use them.
The price at checkout is the landing price i.e product price +shipping costs.No hidden costs whatsoever.
If the Customer fails to pay the full amount due, Linknet Online has the right to cancel the order.
Linknet Online may, at its discretion, accept or reject the Order. Linknet Online will accept your Order by sending an order confirmation or simply by delivering the ordered to you. Unless otherwise stated, the effective date of the purchase agreement is the date on which the payment has reflected in our bank account. In case of purchase on advance payment, the purchase agreement is subject to the condition of and shall become binding for Linknet Online only upon receipt of the full payment for the purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Linknet Online, nor our employees shall be liable to you for any loss of profits/revenues or for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages arising out of or in connection with the service or these terms.
The Organisation shall be entitled in its sole discretion to split the delivery of the goods ordered in the quantities and on the dates it decides.
All goods taken on an approval basis by the Customer are deemed sold if not returned within 7 days of issue.
In the event of cancellation, the Customer shall be liable to pay the difference between the selling price and the goods at the time of repossession and all other costs incurred in the repossession of the goods. The value of reposed goods will be deemed to be the value placed on them by any sworn valuator after such repossession and such valuation will be conclusive proof of the value.
All goods supplied by the Organisation remain the property of the Organisation until such goods have been fully paid for.
